How Moody's for Compliance handles file scanning

All files uploaded to Moody's for Compliance are scanned automatically for viruses or malware using an industry-standard antivirus engine. We do not send files outside the Moody's for Compliance platform for scanning.

Our antivirus check removes any files identified as malicious before they reach our server and notifies the user that their file has been rejected.

Trust store configuration with Let's Encrypt™

All connections to Moody's for Compliance are secured with HTTPS using Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 or higher.

TLS certificates are issued by the Let's Encrypt Certificate Authority. Go to the Let's Encrypt certificates page for copies of their root and intermediate certificates, and documentation on their signing process.

Don't pin any certificates returned by Moody's for Compliance. These certificates are short-lived and are rotated without notice.
